I reserve the right to decline any commission art request if I feel I am not the right fit for the project.

The Commission Order Form is only a request and does not confirm the order. Confirmation will be sent via email.

If you have not received a response within 2-4 business days, please contact me via email to inquire about the status of your request and any related information.

All monetary transactions will be conducted through the artist's PayPal invoice. Clients are required to wait for the invoice before making any payments. The invoice must be settled within 48 hours of issuance.

An additional 6.8% will be added to the total amount for PayPal transfer and tax fees.

Half or full payment is required upfront via PayPal invoice in USD before I work on the commission. Client can choose the preferred payment method (Half or Full payment).

If payment is 400USD and above, 50% must be paid from the total amount of the order.

Upon confirming the completion of the line art phase, I will issue a second invoice for the half payment method. Failure to settle the invoice will result in the discontinuation of the commission.

Canvas sizes exceeding 5000 pixels will incur an additional fee, with the amount varying based on the canvas size.

The total price will be doubled if the commissioned work is intended for commercial use.

No rush orders will be accommodated. If there is a deadline, an additional rush fee of 20% of the total price will apply to commissions needed within one week.

Refunds are not available once work on the piece has commenced.

Additionally, refunds are not provided once the commissioned work is completed. Please be certain before commissioning.

I reserve the right to discontinue working with and/or issue refunds to clients who are disrespectful, harassing, or fail to provide necessary details as requested.

The refund amount will be based on the progress completed; 50% of the total paid amount will be refunded for 50% of the work done.

Communication should be conducted via email or Discord, as I do not frequently check my other social media accounts.

The commission will take approximately 3-5 days or 1-3 weeks to complete, though it may take longer depending on the complexity and my current workload. Please be patient.

If you have a specific canvas size requirement, please inform me in advance, as my computer has certain limitations.

Client must provide detailed information and visual references for the piece. Unclear references and descriptions may result in additional charges.

I will provide you with three progress updates of my work-in-progress pieces: the sketch, line art, and base color (flat). This will allow you to request any changes while the piece is being created.

Revisions after the base color stage will not be accepted unless additional payment is made. The cost will depend on whether the changes are major or minor.

All commissioned work will be delivered via email in full resolution as a JPEG or PNG file.

I retain the copyright to display and distribute the commissioned work both personal and commercial, including in my portfolio, in digital and/or print format, on social media, or on any streaming platform. The client may request that the work not be posted on social media or streamed if they wish.

I reserve the right to post work-in-progress images (WIPS) on social media. Clients may request that WIPS not be posted while filling out the commission request form.

A watermark with my signature will be present on the piece for personal use commissions.

Client cannot request the removal of the watermark for personal use commissions.

Client may use the work for any non-commercial service

Client must provide proper credit by linking back to my social media profiles when using my work with or without commercial licensing.

Any work done or made available to the client will not be used for Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and NFTs. Violation of this policy will result in forfeiture of usage rights.

Any usage of my works that results in monetization for the client under a personal use commission is strictly prohibited.

Client is strictly prohibited from altering, claiming, tracing, reselling, redistributing, or engaging in any unauthorized use of my works.

NSFW and Mecha/Sci-fi (I can draw them but I would need specific details and clear references. It may also cost more)
